@Julia-Rogizna You can also try to rescan all Soundpools in the program settings. Maybe this will reset the download list. Otherwise you can always manually download the Soundpools from ProducerPlanet.com.
@Julia-Rogizna Yes, if you bought the Soundpools in the Music Maker shop, you just go to Producerplanet.com and log in with the same e-mail address and password and then you can download the Soundpools under "My Products" as a Zip-file.
You need to extract the Zip-file on your Windows computer to a folder of your choice and then add the extracted folder to your Music Maker Loops tab via the gear icon.
But if the Soundpools are listed under "My Products" they should also be listed in your Music Maker downloads tab.
@Julia-Rogizna Have you bought the instruments on your old computer in the Music Maker shop or are they coming from an earlier version of Music Maker or Music Studio? In this case you need to enter the serial number of the earlier versions of Music Maker or Music Studio to unlock the instruments in the store.
Is your email address still the same? Serial numbers are automatically tied to a user’s email address. So, both the old and new versions must use the same email address.

I do not see purchases from the previous version of MM in the store. The program does not accept a serial number from an older version. I sent 2 screenshots where you can see the difference that I have on the old and new computer, nothing has changed since then.
