I recently posted as regards issues with proxy files and 180 degree issues.Subject is the same but needed to understand if Magix still offers support . I have spent several hours narrowing this issue down to a software problem but cannot get any conversation with Magix to progess a solution. Last emailed support on the 26/11 and received an email from support on the 6/12 asking for my Magix version responded straight away and asked for further support to try and resolve my problem still no response.

@derek-brown Why wait for weeks? After 3-4 days I would write a follow up e-mail asking for a response. Otherwise the ticket might be closed automatically.

If the support staffer got sick (currently lots of Covid in Germany) or already began the Christmas vacation, you might no longer get a response without contacting them again.

Did not want to be to melodramatic but in between did resend with can you repond please. There well may be an issue with health and I do not kow there resources but would it be difficult to set up an automatic reply stating the problem causing no response rather than nothing ?
