Sound Forge Pro is locking up then shutting down but i am sending a report when asked. It been about 5 or 6 reports sent but nothing from the company. Can you help?
That said, I recommenced you first try resetting Sound Forge and clearing the cache: 'File> "Reset all preferences and clear cached data" .. an alternate or if SF will not launch: hold down the 'Ctrl+Shift' keys, whilst launching SF, which will open the same reset dialog.
Requesting a tech support ticket from Magix is a little confusing, peruse these instructions from this recent comment, though most issues can be resolved in this users forum.
