I had the same problem. I went to the Help menu and saw "Download Instruments and Loop Collections" at the bottom. I figured, what the heck. Clicked on it and about 10 minutes later everything was back.

Fixed the earlier crashes...now have this issue.

Return, thank you all who helped me before. @SP. @johnebaker @CRH Magix has not crashed in a little over a week. I reset my pc 3 times. Got 48Gb more of ram to a total of 112(will get final 32ram soon). And I got a bigger and stronger SSD to hold

It turned out that the instructions I was given didn't mention that I needed to redownload the new upgraded version of Music maker rather than just upgrading the free version which is how I expected it to work. once I did that the coupon worked.

Thanks. There was only a .HO file. The changes to program settings were not persistent. I had already changed (unchecked) the video and audio on one track. As for the sampling 44k versus 48k, why would the video and audio not be synched with time
