RE: When playing an object, noise is added for a moment.Help...
@ko-ii To increase the buffer size open the Samplitude system settings and go to the Audio settings. Make sure an ASIO driver is selected, for example Magix Low Latency or the ASIO driver of your audio interface. Click on the Control Panel or

RE: The Program is Taking Over the Midi
@Graham-Lloyd Can you describe what exactly happened? In case you have selected the Magix Low Latency driver or the ASIO4ALL driver you will not get sound in other applications in case this is your problem.

RE: White noise on audio playback
Does this happen on all file types or just MP3s for instance. If it happens on all file formats (PCM, MP3, AAC, ect.), this sounds like (no pun), the Magix Low Latency 2016 driver issue.. removing the Low Latency driver usually fixes it. However you

RE: The Program is Taking Over the Midi
@Graham-Lloyd If Samplitude crashed and didn't release the Magix Low Latency driver correctly, you can simply restart your computer (do not select Shut down and turn it back on but restart it). Magix Low Latency is a rebranded version of the

@JobyJob-Mo Yes, thank you very much. So, this looks normal, like it should. Please make a right click on your Speakers/Headphones and open the properties. You can change the sample rate under the Advanced tab. This should be identical to the sample

I noticed the same with different audio drivers in past, but if I remember correctly, the Magix Low Latency Driver/ASIO works good... I currently use my Presonus Audio Interface driver as its generally flawless and issue free (with proper buffer

RE: The Program is Taking Over the Midi
@SP. Hi . . . . Magix Low Latency is a rebranded version of the ASIO4ALL driver. . . . . As I understand the differences between the Magix drivers that provide ASIO functionality - Magix Low latency, is a true ASIO driver which requires exclusive

No, it's a tower. Windows 11 Pro, 64bit, 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700 2.10 GHz, 64 GB RAM. New, lots of space, SSD, etc.Thank you for your response! I was fooling with this tonight (I'm in Germany, it's 6:45 pm here) and I think I've

RE: Feedback on SOUND FORGE Pro 16
AFAIK, the 'Magix low latency 2016 driver' is not installed by SF Pro It was primarily an issue on PCs with SF Audio Studio. If AS was installed at some point, it may remain and certainly does have the symptoms.

RE: Objects not recording, reverts back to free version, Asio issues
@Eleyan These crashes have likely to do with your audio devices. Are you still using the Presonus Audiobox? Did you install Universal Control from Presonus? It's very important that you install the correct audio drivers. It's not guaranteed that

I concur with @SP.. From what you describe, that does sound like the 'Magix Low Latency 2016' issue, which was a relatively common issue in SF Audio Studio 14 & 15.See this thread: https://www.magix.info/us/forum/audio-issue--1290482/ btw,

RE: The Program is Taking Over the Midi

Hi @David-Bertelli, and welcome! I work for the manufacturer, and i'm positive this is the Magix Low-Latency 2016 driver causing the issue. It is safe to remove it...this was an issue for quite a few people, and it's resolved it for all of them.
