  @Tristan-Phipps Check your serial numbers in your user account at https://www.magix.com/int/support/my-service-center/ There should be the serial number for Samplitude Music Studio 2019. The instruments are also very likely from Music Studio 2019.

  @pino_g Are you still using the ASIO driver? That is necessary to get live sound from your keyboard input. Make also sure, that the monitoring mode is set the Mixer FX Monitoring Hybrid Engine. You can find the audio settings in the system settings

  Samplitude pro x6 won't start

  @Adey2608 This problem can occur if you upgraded to a new Samplitude version and uninstalled the previous version which came with Vita Grand Piano. The license is bound to the old version of Samplitude, if no old version is found you need to install
