Can someone help me with the internal vocoder?

I'm trying to figure out how to have the vocoder alter recorded vocals and change the notes (carrier) with midi notes or synth sounds. Thanks!

Arranger Volume Indicator

Error opening the program

Every time I open my sound forge 18 it asks to ACTIVATE AND REGISTER, I do it, it opens normally, if I close and open it again it asks to register again, can you help me?

Meters running slightly ahead of the music playback

Hi - rather annoyingly the meters are running slightly ahead of music playback. This is not happening on any other similar program, only Sound Forge 17. I'm sure it's a simple fix - can anyone help please? Big thanks!

@Guy-VV Maybe it's a bug? Sometimes it helps to change the audio device driver in the program settings. For example, it might export fine under Direct Sound. After export has finished, select the previous driver you used before.
