Sample problem

elo I have a problem. After buying samples I have to download them every time I turn on the Magix music maker. It starts to irritate me because it lasts for ages after 1. After 2 often hangs the program and starts again but the project is lost and is not saved !!!!! Is it normal ?? I have a premium music maker

Where did you buy the samples from and do you mean Soundpools?

So I mean the soundpoool bought in the magix music maker store. What exactly do you give as my computer? Windows 10. Currently, for the second time I have downloaded the soundpool and can not use them. They do not sign up
