Dreamlike indeed.

I personally don't like the beat shift at around 2:00. The drum&bass / breakbeat fits more. Maybe you should try to put a change into the melodic elements.
From 3:09 on I hear strong overmodulation (and the added clapping doesn't seem to fit...)

It's not too long but there are not enough changes to keep this track interesting...
