You are busy today.  To get to the stabilizer select the clip to be stabilized then right click on your mouse, select "Image Stabilization" and the stabilizer will open.  You will probably need to experiment withdifferent settings to get what you want.  You may also want to check out this series of messages  http://www.magix.info/us/is-anyone-getting-decent-results-from-the-stabilizer-in.knowledge.762018.html
