How to install MUSIC MAKER in Linux:

1 - Install Flatpak: https://flatpak.org/setup/
2 - Install Bottles: https://flathub.org/apps/com.usebottles.bottles
3 - Create a Bottle Custom With Kron4ek-wine-9.1-staging-tkg-amd64
4 - Install VcRedist2022
5 - Install Magix Music Maker Setup.
6 - Enable vulkan for better experience
7 - after for VST's install mfc40 mfc42 [ Optional - "Vcredist 2008 to 2019" ].



*** The mixer popup and fx, if you close it, it closes the program, I recommend you use fx in the docked window.

Interesting to see there is a way to get it to run under Linux. That the mixer popup and fx closing also closes the program unless in a docked window suggests there may be other things that don't fully work either.

 

But, if it took you a while to get it this far, well done.

The program is fully functional. Only this popup function doesn't work well. VST PopUps work perfectly. Thank U. :)

Hi

Running any software on unsupported OS's, leaves a user 'on their own' regarding support in case of issues from the forums or the software producer.

Unless anyone else who posts here, has the same system set up, and is using the same software, the probability of getting help from other users in this forum is low.
