It's a cool trick which i wanna add to my clips ;-)

Which effect do you mean? There are quite a few on the clip you sent.

The effects are:
1. Video cut into short sections eg 3 frames and sperated by 3 frames - I insert black images to stop MEP complaining about gaps
2. Video saturation is reduced to zero and TV noise overlay is added to the video
