Please remove your product serial number from your post. You do not want this information to be seen by others as it could cause you problems later. This is not a Magix support site, it is a user site so please be cautious about posting specific infromation such as serial numbers, etc.

Where can I find the computer ID-number?
Hi Getting your computer ID depends on which version of windows you are running. Usually (for many versions) you go to "Control Panel" then "System" and at the botton you should see your ID number. Please note that if you purchase the application on one computer and are trying to activate it on another the ID numbers will not match so you are going to need to request an additional activation. Remember I think that with Magix you only get to do this 2 or 3 times.

Assuming you are referring to the computer id for the software then this is a number that is generated by the software.
If you do not have an Internet connection then when you try to register the software and select the option to register offline the software will generate a computer id for you.

It is this ID that is required and you supply to Magix.
Once you have the activation key you then follow the offline registration process entering both the Computer ID and the activation key.
If you are trying to register the software directly online and are getting the invalid computer ID message then contact SAles at Magix.
