Downloads invisible

When I go into the Shop, I notice that beyond the effects I have already purchased and have in use, there would be effects ready to be downloaded (like Beatbox Pro 2).

But when I call up the download window, they are nowhere to be found (only the SoundForge download is visible). What is going on?

Wanneer uw probleem nog niet opgelost is, log dan eens Uit en weer In.

Als een kwestie onoplosbaar lijkt, komt dat niet omdat je de oplossing niet ziet, maar omdat je het probleem niet ziet.
