Hi, Website Maker is an online site builder and as such you are limited to what is available on line.  That being said, you should be able to bring a contact form in to your site, but it is not an application, it is a widget.  So, you create your form page, then drag the form widget to the page.  Then you should get a choice to either create the form using a free on line form maker and you may have to choos one, or purchase the online form maker to create a highly customized form.  I do not use this product mostly because I don't like on line site designer software but it is pretty much the same as purchasing a Pc based application with some limitations.  Read your online manual especially the section on "Widgets" and you should be able to figure it out.
