There is not enough information in your post to help me understand why you are getting a different version of your edited material when you burn, but I think you are on the right track for a work around.  Yes, do export the video to MPEG-4, then create a new project, drag in the MPEG-4 file, make sure it is the material that you want, save the project under a different name and then burn it. Let me know if that works.

Good Luck

Hi

I only remember getting this message once and if I recall correctly it was because my project settings were not the same as the material I imported.  I would go ahead and try it anyway and see how the video plays after you burn it.  If there are any problems, send me a private message or post a followup question.

Have a great weekend,

George
