Hey!  Thank so much for adding to John's answer on my question about exporting to "flashplayer".  I did exactly what you said before John had answered the question but It still didn't work out and also, when I followed John's instructions, the file size was cut down to about 1/3 or less.  It came out perfectly.  You might want to consider giving it a try; it renders super fast and there isn't any noticeable loss of quality; I'm pretty blown away.
