buon giorno . ho acquistato questo prodotto pero non riesco ad istallare. tutte volte che provo a mettere il numero seriale non funziona c'è errore , vorrei chiedere il rimborso .
@Bernadete-Sousa Se lo hai acquistato direttamente da Magix.com contatta il supporto vendite all'indirizzo infoservice@magix.net e chiedi aiuto. Se hai acquistato da un altro venditore, devi contattare quel venditore.

@Bernadete-Sousa Ok, se lo hai acquistato da Magix.con assicurati di inserire esattamente lo stesso indirizzo e-mail che hai utilizzato per registrare il software. Non è possibile modificare l'indirizzo e-mail durante l'attivazione. Devi prima accedere al tuo account cliente su Magix.com e modificare lì l'indirizzo e-mail. Oppure, come ho scritto prima, contatta l'assistenza clienti all'indirizzo infoservice@magix.net e chiedi loro aiuto.
Ok, if you bought it from Magix.con please make sure you enter the exact same e-mail address you used for registering the software. You cannot change the e-mail address during activation. You have to first login into your customer account at Magix.com and change the e-mail address there. Or, like I wrote before, contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and ask them for help.
