I work with magix video delux 2016 plus, but most of the times video go very slow on play. But sometimes it goes fine! I tried to close other programs or application on the computer but it does not effect on the performances of the program! Could you help me?
When you say "sometimes it goes fine" do you mean the same clip plays fine one day, and stutters the other day? Because if you are talking about different clips it might ofcourse be that they are in different formats which could explain it. Some formats are just harder to play real-time then others.
Are you working on a laptop? Usually the performance of a laptop is much better when using the AC adapter then when running off the battery.
Could your computer be running hot? When a computer can't cooll itself properly, the speed of the cpu is reduced to protect the cpu from overheating. On hot days your computer might then perform worse then on cool days.
Does your computer have multiple graphics chips (e.g. intel built in graphics and a dedicated graphics card) and does the program always use the same? vdl runs best on the intel integrated graphics.
And there are a lot of settings you might change (possibly by accident) which can affect playback performance.
