Errore nella masterizzazione foto su CD&DVD 9 de luxe

Ciao a tutti, sono alla mia prima esperienza con questo programma e dopo un estenuante lavoro nel creare 8 fotoshow, nel momento di masterizzarli su un DvD Dual Layer mi si blocca con il seguente errore:

Per me è arabo puro (che non capisco nonostante sia un italiano nato nella povera Libia).

1) scarica e installa burn routines 2010 a quaesto link http://download.magix.net/support2/magix_burn_routines_2010_9.0.0.193_it.exe?cookietest=1

2) prova a masterizzare un solo fotoshow su un dvd e vedi se non hai caricato con troppi dati il tuo sistema

inoltre ti consiglio di provare ad aggiornare il programma tramite il menù "aiuto" aggiornamento on line.

Ti ringrazio per i consigli però dopo aver eseguito l'istallazione di Burn Routine 2010 e aver verificato non ci siano aggiornamenti sul programma Foto su CD&DVD 9 de luxe ho provato a masterizzare due fotoshow anzichè 8 ma si è di nuovo interrotta con il seguente errore:

Sono preoccupato perchè il mio lavoro è molto imporatnte venga masterizzato. devo farlo vedere a mio padre novantenne ammalato e non credo purtroppo di avere molto tempo per farlo, sono immagini di luoghi che rivedrebbe dopo 50 anni.

Scusate se approffitto dell'occasione per raccontare affari miei ma i vostri consigli mi servono assolutamente, vi prego aiutatemi se potete.

Se hai appena acquistato il software contatta il support della Magix che offre un periodo limitato per l'assistenza gratuita . 

Potrebbe essere che hai usato qualche brano musicale protetto da copia o cose simili...

prova ad esportare in mpg2 i tuoi fotoshow sul disco fisso e poi  ... o crea un progetto nuovo unendo i vari filmati... o prova masterizzarli su dvd con un altro programma di masterizzazione...

Ho trovato questa faq sul support della Magix:

Durante la masterizazione appare l'errore MDA reports error 0x840003f4.Come risolvo il problema?
Il log della masterizzazione riporta Il seguente avviso di errore:
"menù rendering failed / MDA reports error 0x840003f4"
MDA reports error 0x840003f4 - no titlesets defined

Step 2 done
ERROR: PrepareDVDVideoFiles() failed with errNo 5 - encoding failed
!!! DBK error in BurnProject: 45 - movie encoding failed !!!

Per questi errori esistono diverse probabili cause.
La più comune riguarda le impostazioni della "struttura di navigazione" del progetto.
L'interfaccia della "Struttura di navigazione" del DVD si trova nella finestra di creazione del menù.
Cliccate per prima cosa sul tasto "Modifica", nella parte sinistra dello schermo apparirà la struttura di navigazione del DVD.
Per una corretta masterizzazione del progetto è necessario che tutte le voci siano spuntate come mostrato nell'immagine precedente
Tutte le voci contenute nella struttura di navigazione devono avere un nome file che non contenga caratteri speciali (%$§& ecc. ecc.)

La seconda causa più probabile per il verificarsi del problema è la presenza nel menù di file audio o video in formati muniti di protezione copia.
Il caso più comune è quello della presenza di un file audio in formato mp3 o wma o aac inserito nel menù.
In questo caso per risolvere il problema basterà sostituire questo file con un altro file non munito di protezione copia (wav ogg).

Ho già iniviato al support Magix e aspetto la risposta.

Come già detto sono un neofita e per giunta non troppo avvezzo con il computer, mi potresti spiegare la modalità per  esportare su disco i fotoshow in mpg2?

Altra domanda: quasi tutti i file audio che ho inserito sono in mp3, come riconosco se il file insertito ha la protezione della copia?

Anche un'immagine potrebbe essere potetta?

Come ti avevo anticipato nella prima risposta ...io uso Video Deluxe..

ma penso che i  comandi siano molto simili...

allora per esportare un filmato nel menù file ci dovrebbe essere una voce esporta film... con varie opzioni sul formato tra cui mpg2 che è il formato per i dvd...

I file mp3 potresti convertirli in wave con un qualsiasi convertitore audio free che trovi in rete....se la conversione va a buon fine ..non sono protetti e comunque ti consiglio poi di sostituirli nei fotoshow in formato wave

per le immagini ...non lo so..ma non penso ci siano problemi perchè se sono protette non le riesci a scaricare sul disco fisso

Vorrei ringraziare chi mi ha gentilmente aiutato ma il problema è ancora in via di soluzione con la cortese, competente e veloce assistenza del Magix support.

Alcuni problemi sono legati alla configurazione del mio computer sul quale stò aggiornando dei driver, vi informerò al momento in cui la mia prima masterizzazione andrà a buon fine.
