Get this effect in simple steps:
1. Choose Graphic
2. Select Mask Mode
3. Enable Trace Mode
4. Select an Object
5. Press Strg + C to Copy Object
6. Blur Graphic
7. Paste Object and Arrange it
8. Change Size of Feather Region
