When attempting to save or render a file, you may get an error message saying you don't have the necessary write permissions despite actually having them.
To fix this problem, you need to change the temporary files folder. This option can normally be found under one of the follow locations in the software:

• "Options" > "Preferences" > "Perform"
• "Options" > "Preferences" > "Burning"
• "Options" > "Preferences" > "General"

We recommend setting the temporary files folder to a newly created folder on your hard drive.
