Unable to Save Samplitude Settings

To address the issue of Samplitude settings not being saved, we recommend following these steps:

  1. Right-click on the Samplitude desktop icon.
  2. Select "Run as administrator" from the context menu.

 You can make this selection permanent by performing the following steps:

  1. Right-click on the desktop icon for Samplitude.
  2. Choose "Properties" from the menu.
  3. Navigate to the "Compatibility" tab.
  4. Check the option that says "Run this program as an administrator."

By setting Samplitude to always run as an administrator, you can ensure that your settings are saved consistently.
In addition, please ensure that any third-party anti-virus or firewall software is temporarily disabled.
Sometimes, these programs can interfere with Samplitude's functionality.
