If your serial number isn't being accepted, run the MxInstallHelper.exe tool.

MxInstallHelper.exe will search your system for installed versions of the software and will display the ones it finds.

• "Select program:" is used to select the program you want to modify.
• "Select function: -Re-Install:" performs an installation as an admin.
• "Re-Install as Upgrade Version:" changes a full version to an upgrade version.
• "Re-Install as Full Version:" changes an upgrade version to a full version.
• "Re-Install VideoExportMaker:" performs a "/register" call for the VEM (Sequoia only).
• "Process": starts the repair/conversion process.

On standard installations of Samplitude Pro X3, this tool can be found in the Samplitude installation folder: C:\Program Files\Magix\Samplitude ProX3\
