1. Download the HitFilm Color Explosion plugin from the following link:

2. Run the installation of the plugin.

3. Select "Typical" or "Custom" as the installation type.

4. Click "Activate & Unlock".

5. If you already have a HitFilm account, enter your email address and password. If you don't, select "Create an Account".

Enter your name, email address, password and the serial number you received from MAGIX.

6. Click "Close".  The program should now be activated.

7. Open Photostory Deluxe, go to "Help" and run the online update.

8. Click the "FX" button.

9. Under "Additional effects", select "Scan".

The plugin should now be available in the effects.
