Due to the end of Windows support for Windows 7, we are no longer able to support AC3 Stereo/5.1 sound in import or export.
The export of AC3 5.1 sound in Windows 8/10 systems is no longer possible.
The import remains unaffected and is still possible without restrictions.

To import 5.1 material into your program on Windows 7 systems, it is necessary to convert your source material in advance.
You can convert the material with the following program:

Handbrake for Win 7

1. Click the "Download Handbrake" button on this page, download and install the program.
2. After starting the program, first drag your video file into the Handbrake program while holding down the left mouse button.
3. Under "Destination" enter the location of the new file and the new name.
4. Press the "Start" button at the top of the editing bar.
5. After the conversion, please import the newly created file.

With the following procedure you can output your project in 5.1 to current TV sets.
