How to use MAGIX Music Maker with the ASIO driver

With the ASIO4ALL drivers, also standard onboard sound cards can support the ASIO protocol ("Audio Stream Input/Output"), which enables particularly low latency levels which would otherwise only be achievable with professional sound cards.
- Download the latest ASIO drivers from the manufacturer's website.
- Start MAGIX Music Maker and click on "File -> Settings -> Program".
- Under "Audio/Midi", select "ASIO driver -> ASIO4ALL" and "OK".
- Now click on the ASIO icon at the bottom right of the screen.
- Adjust the ASIO buffer size with the slider until you reach a latency that satisfies your expectations. We recommend an ASIO buffer size of 512 samples.
