If Audio Cleaning Lab won't start, update your computer's Intel drivers and restart your system.

Then, search the following file paths for the file "MxQt.cfg":

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\MAGIX\Audio & Music Lab Premium\22\MxQt.cfg
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\MAGIX\Video Sound Cleaning Lab\MxQt.cfg
  • C:\Program Files (x86)\MAGIX\Audio Cleaning Lab\22\MxQt.cfg

Open the file as an administrator using a plain text editor such as Notepad and change the entry to QT_OPENGL=software. You should now be able to run the program.

You can also try downloading, extracting and running the following executable: https://my.hidrive.com/lnk/WGtgP53J

Afterwards, run the program as an administrator.  To do this, right-click the program icon and select "Run as administrator" in the context menu.
