Follow these steps to change the program language in Samplitude:

1. Open Windows File Explorer, navigate to the Samplitude installation folder and look for a file called "Install.cfg".
2. Open the file with Notepad (or some other text editor).
3. To specify a new program language, change the line "Language="
   - For German, change it to Language=de_DE
   - For English, change it to Language=en_EN
4.  Save the file install.cfg.
