If 3D titles are not importing, delete the file "Fotos_dlx.ini" from the following locations:
- C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Fotostory_2015_Deluxe
- C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Fotostory_2016_Deluxe
- C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Fotostory_2017_Deluxe
- C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Fotostory_2018_Deluxe
- C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Fotostory_2019_Deluxe
If you don't see the "ProgramData" folder, you need to turn on "Show hidden files and folders".
- To do this, open the Control Panel and go to "Folder Options" > "View". Under "Hidden files and folders" find and activate the option "Show hidden files, folders and drives".
If you don't see the ".ini" file extension, you need to turn on file name extensions in Windows File Explorer. These are hidden by default.
- To do this, open the "View" tab once again and locate the option "Hide file extensions for known file types". Disable this option to display all file name extensions.
Restart Photostory Deluxe and check to see if you can import 3D titles. If 3D titles still won't import, uninstall the program, delete the .ini file again and reinstall the program.
