Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. My enthusiasm probably got rid of me, because I also got a little sounds in from some rock music I had heard before ... you have to be careful not to mix too much, but yes - it is always the ears that decide if it sounds good. I know you only have to have 3-4 different chords, but like I said LOL
