This is Rollie our Border Collie when he was learning to drive the family SUV . He was only 6 months old and had to sit on dad's lap but he had both paws on the wheel and was not using his cell phone at the time!.
Border Collies are a very smart breed of dog but yes, he is too young to drive a car. He just likes to pretend.

Hi Trish:
I was about to logout when I spotted this pup behind the wheel. I said to myself, "that must be Trish's dog!" <lol> "Smart" AND as cute as can be. Just love the photo!
I drive more than than 300km every day with my Car - I think he will be a better driver than so many other on the streets BEAUTIFUL PHOTO... and beautiful Dog... (We have also dogs - two of them... but they don´t drive)... best wishes in 2015... greetings Andi
Love dogs - like all young animals (including humans) nature created then to melt our hearts - Rollie is no exception.
Border Collie - great working dog, very focused, needs to be worked to do them justice, very social and can read humans like a book - they make a wonderful friend and family memeber always wanting to please.
