Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. When I presented music here on the portal years ago, Xanevik was also active. But in my memory
he is a very creative singer with the guitar.

Now I hear very different sounds. Now synthesizer instead of guitar. Xanevik always plays live. He is one of the musicians who has music in his blood.

Thank you very much! I have lost many years of recordings and still just keep going until I can't. Many times I ponder why and each time a different and yet somehow the same answer. This eve I answer truth. A piercing of the veil so to speak. Self realization I guess. I have also acknowledged that I do synth music in the winter, well have so more than not the past couple decades. Funny to say that when as of then I could only imagine now and it is nothing like I imagined. Thank you Eddie your company tonight is very much appreciated and loved. Thank you.
