Well, I guess the cover for the beginnings of this song was banned, but this gives me an excuse to post the finished product.
Added some piano and trumpets,
Thanks all!

Just admit it Jason-you're a jazz man at heart. This is fantastic. Excellent compostion. Really good mix also.
There seems to be a glitch with the picture uploads on this site. I've noticed sometimes the pics are replaced by the server for no apparent reason.
Hey
Funky, Jazzy, Hip-Hopy die lockere verspieltheit

hi, I'm very impressed , excellent!

Hi my friend,
Many thanks for stopping by. Everything's good, just been out with a nasty ear infection for a while.
I listened as loud as i dare at the moment.
I must say your mixing and mastering skills are improving by leaps and bounds.
Excellent production and a cool dark vibe. The extra piano and trumpets fit perfectly.
Interesting intro. The trumpet could need some more volume, especially when it comes to sounds like the scratching at around 0:09.
The beat itself, especially the snare-like thing is a bit loud compared to the main song, but it's still okay. You are just in danger of making it too present - it works here, but you might keep an eye on that. Especially parts like 1:34 where they sound a little bit louder.
Around 2:09 I start to wait for something new. The trumpet has some kind of a solo performance and the beat is cool....but nothing really happens to bring a change into it.
It's a good mix and I was not abled to find big mistakes, but I'm missing something catchy, somnething I'll remember.
This is a hard one for me. You did a good job and have no mistakes, no disharmonic parts or something like that....but on the other hand, this one could use some changes within the song.
A close "Very good" (which equals 4 stars) seems to be right here. It's hard to get an "Excellent" outta me :)
