Well, I'd not repeat the Intro twice....there's not enough happening to repeat these vocals....the echo, which starts at 0:12 here should start at 0:06. Same problem around 3:25, by the way.

By the way, I think it would also work even better, if the echo was going right into the beat. Just don't fadeout the echovocals and start the beat at 0:16 / 017....THEN start to fadeout the echo. This would make this part more efficient for the audience.

At 0:41 there are some snaresounds and a beat (which starts with the kickdrum at 0:51). The snare could be a little bit louder. The kickdrum works to me.

The pitched snaresound is okay.

I don't get the break at 1:22. First you throw the music out of the rythm here. It starts way too late. Further you just cut the beat which played all the time before....this would maybe even work, if the next part started at the right time.

The vocals at 2:04 are too loud. They work at 2:11 - besides, they are still a little bit too loud here - but the repeating "Don't you" needs less volume.

At 3:19 you just repeat the intro - including the following line at around 3:33. The problem is, there is no kind of a beat between 3:19 and 3:56 (no, I don't accept a single snare to be a backbeat.)

Actually, there's not much happening in this song. It has no great hookline or melody, it repeats itself and it has some problems (I listed above).

Ending this song with a fadeout, after having complete beat stops within the song itself also is very dissapointing.

Guess you can do better.

@JayC:
Funny one. "I suck"?

I'd say that this community is for feedback, and I gave him some feedback. This song has some mistakes.

Of course, music is a subjective art. And I was totally objective while writing my review - or did you read anything like "Uuuuh, I don't like this kind of music" or "Hmmm, I would prefer more guitarsounds". No, you did not....

I'm so sick of this "Oh, your music is so great doesn't matter what bullshit you make I looove it, here are 5 stars, please give me 5 stars, we love each other, yaaaay".

We are all here to learn. My songs are not perfect, neither are yours, Dr.Cerebros or others.

If you can't deal with fair, objective critism you may not call yourself an artist....

very good work !! ciao da sandro

Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops. Sandro isn't a professional musician, composes and plays music just for fun, but his works reach a good outcome, pleasant to listen. L'UOMO E L'OMBRA
