I think I'm gonna invent a new genre with this one.....a form of fusion: Iron Funk.
A strong conversation/debate between all 'instruments'.
Another compilation with Guitorb's sweet guitar riffs/solos and me.
Ted, my friend ~ I can't thank you enough.
Hope you enjoy!

nice new comer guitarist - where did you get him from (no, just kiddin' :-))

It's great, Ted brings in what was needed for this track, excellent!

And the changes you did to the track too, sound logical and well. even the horns, I didn't expected this.

Great tune, ready for release, no doubt!

Hi Team,
Excellent track to start the weekend.
Very funky tune. All this cutting must have taken ages.
Cool drums. The brass hits and fx work perfectly.
And of course the excellent guitar from Ted.

IRON FUNK. I like the sound of that. I have an idea for the video;do you recall the tornado scene in The Wizzard of Oz? Have the horn section, drummer, and me flying around in the funnel cloud. Maybe keep the witch. That sounds fun eh'
Your rhythm tracks always inspire me. Thanks for using my guitorb. You the man!

great instrumental work. but i dont like the drum's mixup. the kick drum is too high freequenced - shoul get more bass. the snare isnt high enough. the guitar is too soft. should be harder and mre aggressive... hmm... dont know how but i know that XD
hope you know what i mean ;-). how i said - great instrumental but not well mixed. good job but not more.

Hi JayC, With the watts set high and through cans, this is an experience for sure and the best yet from you guys. Bang on 5* production too. The only down side from me would be the lack of variation. But hey, what do I know? I knit jumpers. Respect to you both my friends. Ian

excellent.i read a comment you had about this song not being mixed very well.but what i heard was perfect.everything was very clear.from the sound of the comment saying snare not loud enough, bass kick not enough bass sounds more like a techno taste.the style of this song fits great with the mastering.great job.

Iron Funk ? It's OK and very intersting invention. My opinion is: you are very creative !!!! ciao da sandro

Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops. Sandro isn't a professional musician, composes and plays music just for fun, but his works reach a good outcome, pleasant to listen. L'UOMO E L'OMBRA
