ASTRAL PROJECTION - So my girlfriends' brother Stewart, was always trying to get me to believe that astral projection was a 'thing'... I told him he was nuts. Then about ten years later, when I was studying in the MIA music program at Fanshawe College, it happened to me. It scared the daylights out of me and ever since then, I've been a believer!

The visual with this tune is an excellent representation of my experience.

pleasant listening to your work made with care and competence – ciao da sandro

Sandro Glavina is an italian composer, named L'Uomo e L'Ombra. The choice of the name derives from the title of the album "L'uomo e l'ombra" of the band "Abstract Music Nuova Esistenza", an experimental group founded by Sandro Glavina together with his friends in the mid-70s.

In the period 2009-2022, L'Uomo e L'Ombra has done 84 albums. The compositions of Sandro Glavina are partly influenced by progressive rock. Sandro has developed a personal style with many experimentations and actualizations. He offers music beyond borders by intertwining different styles in crossover with each other. Prog, psychedelia, classical, post-rock, jazz, pop are some of the influences that dissolve in ambient atmospheres, citations of contemporary music and minimalist nuances. Sandro Glavina aka L'Uomo e L'Ombra plays the music using VSTI synthesizers, keyboards and adds some loops. Sandro isn't a professional musician, composes and plays music just for fun, but his works reach a good outcome, pleasant to listen. L'UOMO E L'OMBRA

Bill, remember Yes' Astral Traveler? You have depicted pretty well what it must be like, Bill. Sounds like the Twilight Zone kind of experience, but I shall take your word it's for real. I didn't used to believe in ghosts till I heard what my wife Becky said happened to her. Great soundtrack for your title and the experience. AMAZING! VME! CBW 10,000 Suns! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Thanks for your interest Ingo-Flieger. My music is 80% happenstance from experimentation with all the virtual "toys". I will snag sounds from online sites and then modify from there. I've created FX that I can not remember what I did at that time... very frustrating at times. Something like the so-called "drip" paintings ofΒ Jackson PollockΒ but not the same.
