Hello Daniel:

It looks as though Finto is in charge of community affairs. 

Take your time with the next season.  Remember, just like on TV, seasons take months between each additional season.  So, don't be too quick in starting one season right after the other.  Becomes too hard for people to keep up.

Yes, Finto is in charge of Community Affairs.

I took my time with this season. It's been for months and months since I've completed all of the series of Rodfellows. I'm not being quick on starting a new season. It takes me a lot of work to do all the series.
