Hi,
Unfortunately we can't help you here... this is a user community. Contact Magix support on their site and perhaps remove the code from here.

Hi there,

Keep in mind that this is not an official Magix customer service/sales/support facility. I recommend the following: Make sure once again that you're not only entering the correct code, but also that you're entering it into the correct activation dialog. E.g., with this being a MPEG-2 activation code, make sure you're not accidentally trying to put it into the Dolby Stereo decoder activation field. Plus, copying & pasting a code that long is always better than typing it.

If it really doesn't work, it's possibly the code doesn't match your current system anymore. These codec activations are specific to your configuration. Did you possibly change something in your configuration or are you installing this on a different system than the one you initially ordered the activation code from? If so, just use the "order code online" function again to obtain a fresh code for your new system. Do *not* use the restore activation function for free activations like MPEG-2.

If everything else fails, get in touch with Magix sales/support:

support.magix.net/

They would definitely be able to sort you out.

I hope this helps.
