yearly renewing charge

Hello I had set this service up earlier last* year for my younger brother and hadn't known it would renew without conformation.. I nor he has used the service in over 6 months and noticed I got charged yesterday for the yearly sub and was hoping to get it refunded and canceled.

I've sent an email to both

Is there anything else I need to take care of?

You've not told us which software this service applies to but Magix Terms and Conditions, including for cancellation of contracts and subscriptions can be found on page 6 of this document. I think you need to read them very carefully, especially section 2.
