Suddenly I can no longer download from the "Online Content Catalogue".

This occurs if the Subscription Update Service has expired and you have not renewed it.
Existing sites continue to work and cam be edited and published, however there is no access to the online gallery to add new features to them.

Can you download other components from the Online Gallery?
Assuming this was working before what has changed on the computer - eg Windows update/upgrade, change of Antivirus etc.
Also check your AntiVirus program is not blocking Web Designer from accessing the Internet.

I can't download other components from the Online Gallery. This was working before. I have checked the settings for this program in my Internet Security, and sees that it has access to internet use.
My computer is up to date with updates, but I don't know when.
I also sent this to Magix Support. They replied that I should check the use of TLS in security settings, which I have done. I answered them back but heard nothing.

My version does not look the same. It is not the language I mean (Danish). See below:
But I've tried quite a bit around the TLS settings. Here among restore the Internet Settings to default, and without fully knowing what happened, I can now download from the Online Catalog. So I thank you many times for your helpfulness. Hope I can help you another time.
