Xara Web Designer Premium: Can't register product already registered!?

My boss purchased the product a while ago and gave me the serial number. I work from home so I downloaded the program and enter the serial number and the email that the product was registered. After I enter both I get a message stating that the product is already registered. So, what I wanted to know is what can I do about this so, I can start using Xara Web Designer Premium from my home computer.

Hi,

You are allowed to have 2 devices activated at once. Your boss probably did that and it can happen on one computer by changing hardware or the operating system. You have to go into the account on Magix.com and deactivate one device for Xara, then you can activate another one.
