Simple question. Is Xara Web Designer Premium 365 the same program as Xara version 17.1.0.60742 DL x64 Dec 10 2020, which I just bought. I assumed I was buying "365", but it installed as version 17x. Thanks to anyone who can clarify. - Duane

Where did you get this Xara Web Designer Premium 365 version? There is no such thing with 365 being offered by Magix.
A couple of years ago, some of the Xara products were called Xara xxxx 365, but that only meant that it came with the Update Service - upgrades and updates and access to the on-line catalogue for 1 year, after which it kept working but without any more upgrades, updates and on-line catalogue access. Xara products now come with the update service and there is no mention of 365 in the name.
When you mention Xara, please include the product. There is no such thing as simply "Xara version 17.1.0.60742." It has to be Xara something, like Xara Designer Pro X....
So, what exactly do you have and what exactly did you buy? And from where?
