Hi

Assuming you have made no changes to your sites between working and not working, have you tried using different web browsers to check the site and have any viewers complained about the slideshows not working?

I would also suggest either clearing the caches in the browsers you have been using or press Ctrl + F5 2 or 3 times to force a full reload of the web pages.

Do note that if your browser is Safari, this has been known to have issues with javascript/jQuery driven sites such as that generated by Web Designer.

If the websites are not private, can you post a links to them.

Hi,

Did you put the slideshow widget in the project a couple of years ago?

If so, from what I recall, Xara modified some of the widgets causing the older versions to no longer work. Open the project, import the widget and then delete it. The older version in your project should get automatically updated and work. I had to do this.

Failing that, ask on the Talk Graphics forum.
