Hello and it's been a long time since I had used any Xara product, But.

I recently installed "Xara Photo & Graphic Designer 16/365 and purchased the one-year update subscription, I did not realize that it downloaded v19 and installed it. When I opened v16 / 365 after the installation, I received the notice download and install the content / installer as well as the to update and now every time I open it, I get the same message an update that must be applied. I also get the popup to remove the program, not sure what I was to do, I did so and ended up reinstalling v16 / 365.

Add / remove programs shows:

Hi

. . . . . I did so and ended up reinstalling v16 / 365. . . . .

According to the images you posted v19 has been successfully installed.

Check in the Windows Start menu you should have a shortcut for v19 as well as v16.

Thank you for getting back to me, I appreciate it.

Yes, it's there but I'm still stuck in an update loop every time I open Xara Photo & Graphic Designer 16. Just today I got a pop-up message that there's an update even though I've applied the update. Do I remove 16 and keep 19? This is my dilemma. "I Keep getting Update Messages." Do I need to, or should I file a tech support request?

Hi

If the update notices are still coming from within the program as your original images above show then raise a support ticket using the Support link at the top of the page.

If you have not used the Support system before - select your product and on the following page scroll down to the bottom and select Contact support, then the send email option to open the form.
