In earlier version of Video PRO X, there was an option to export a movie as an Animated GIF, has that function been removed or is there a different way to do that now?
If this is for a website, the trend over the last few years - due to the increase in higher speed Internet connections, has been to replace animated GIF's with short video clips.
Thanks, there are still applications when you don't want to use a URL to connect to a video where an Animated GIF does the same thing. I will see if I can find a website to make that conversion.

@Greg-P Hi, i used to use the GIF export that was in Magix, but that went away quite a while ago,
I now use GIMP, you have to export the video as an image sequence first then import into GIMP but it works well,
the other one i use is this free online one, https://ezgif.com/video-to-gif the image size is a bit limited but fine for general social media,
Drag your video into the top 'Choose file' box then click Upload file,
it'll take you to another window, click Convert to GIF
It'll show the GIF in the lower window after a short while, i right click Save Image As, a Windows save window will pop up that shows it'll be saved as GIF
