write error occured on disk

I get this msg when write error occures:

Wow, that's ugly. I don't recall ever seeing an error message like that in MEP. Since the error is clearly dealing with burning the DVD, you should load in the latest burn routine patch and see what happens.

You'll have to logon to get to the download page, so you'll need to register first if you haven't done so.

Another aspect is to find out if this MEP or your hardware or Windows OS. Can you burn files to your DVD using software other than MEP?

I have received the same error message and am consistently unable to burn anything since I got the software. Did you ever get this problem fixed? Desperate for answers at this point - and VERY frustrated.
