with FTP upload

I tryed:
Servername: ftp.magix-online.com
User: kostmann2@freenet.de
Password: my normal password

The login comes, but NOT the directory.

What goes wrong ??

Hi,

is there any error message? Actually the FTP-client should show the directory tree If the login succeeded. Which client do you use currently?

Hi,

please try out port 21. Otherwise give FileZilla a chance.
And make sure that your firewall is not disabling your ftp-access.
