Because MS-12 is too old and wasn't designed to work with Window 7.  (You can thank Bill Gates and his cohorts.)

 

The best thing to do is to set up your computer as a dual-boot system so you can run Windows XP when needed.

Thank you. I actually called and got a sweet deal on Samplitude 11.5. It seems to be working fine with some of my old VIP's.
