My download version of MM17 Premium keeps crashing. Magix direct me to the diagnostic software link which I download and run, but it keeps asking for the instalation disc. As I bought a download version, I don't have an instalation disc, so can't run the diagnostic software. This is so frustrating and not good enough!!
Hi Kezbo, it is frustrating, but when it asks for the program disc, it actually means any old disc, as the only thing being checked out here is the drive. That should do it for you. Cheers M o' L

So did mine. I erased it and redownloaded it and it said that there were 2 programms running at the same time! and that damage could happen if continuing.
